Dennis is an Oregon State Licensed Appraiser. He will personally inspect your vehicle and utilize nationally recognized vehicle valuation services, including Kelley Blue Book (KBB), National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA), TrueCar, Hemmings Marketplace, CoPart, and numerous other professional automotive valuation services. He can provide written detailed reports for your personal use or for civil litigation purposes.
Since 1977, Dennis has been actively involved in the Automotive Industry, gaining extensive experience in both new and used car sales, both professionally and privately.
During his tenure as a Vehicle Dealer Investigator for the Oregon Department of Transportation, Department of Motor Vehicles, and Business Regulation, Dennis developed a deep understanding of critical sectors within the automotive dealership industry. His expertise encompasses title registration, DMV compliance, accounting, finance and insurance, sales management, dealership operations, and customer satisfaction.
Prior to his involvement in the automotive industry, Dennis served as a Police Officer and Detective in the Northwest for 26 years. As a Law Enforcement Officer, he was specifically assigned to the Stolen Vehicle Unit, which honed his unique investigative skills in identifying classic and modern domestic, import, and muscle cars.

Since retiring from LE, Dennis has further honed his expertise in Porsche 911s, 914s, and Ford Mustangs, as well as other esteemed German, British, and Swedish automobiles.
Dennis founded, owned, and operated Euro Tech Auto Parts, where he provided daily assistance to customers, guiding them in locating the appropriate replacement maintenance and restoration components for their exquisite European vehicles.
